Since our products and services are digital in nature, once the service is initiated, it cannot be reversed or returned.

Refunds are only applicable if they are explicitly stated and agreed upon in a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or Service Agreement between the client and Geekhub Tech Solutions LLP.
2. Refund Eligibility

If a refund is applicable, the terms, conditions, and refund amount will be clearly mentioned in the respective MoU or Agreement.

No verbal commitments or informal communication will be considered valid for initiating a refund.

3. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved as per the signed MoU or Agreement, the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
4. Third-Party Charges

Any third-party payment gateway fees, platform fees, or transaction charges deducted during payment or refund (such as Razorpay charges) will be borne by the client and are non-refundable.
